When you enter the Spin to Win promotion we collect your first name, last name, email address and mobile phone number, along with your acceptance of the Official Rules, whether you opted in to marketing messages, the date and time of those choices, and limited technical information such as your IP address and browser user agent.

We use this information to run the promotion, enforce the one-spin-per-email rule, issue and verify prizes and claim codes, prefill your class booking, prevent fraud, and — only with your separate consent — send promotional calls and text messages.

Class bookings are completed through Acuity Scheduling. When you click through to book, your name, email, phone number and any applicable discount certificate are passed to that provider so you do not have to retype them. Their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy policy.

Marketing consent is optional, defaults to off, and is never a condition of purchase or of winning. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out, or contact us to be removed. Message and data rates may apply.

Entry records are stored in our secured database and are accessible only to authorized 2020 Tactical administrators. We retain promotion records as needed to administer prizes, verify redemptions and meet recordkeeping obligations.
